Dinner, awards and discussion at the 62nd International Making Cities Livable (IMCL) conference. Select your meal option and add requests for gluten-free or other dietary restrictions.

    Starter: Farmer’s Salad, with sheep’s milk panna cotta, assorted tomatoes, cucumber relish, candied olives, and onion Main course: Tranche of pink roast beef, beans with bacon, potato gratin, and Sauce Bernaise Dessert: Black Forest “cherry dessert” Drinks: Choice of red wine, white wine, juice and/or water

  • Fish Option Dinner

    Starter: Farmer’s Salad, with sheep’s milk panna cotta, assorted tomatoes, cucumber relish, candied olives, and onion Main course: Gently cooked Arctic char, carrot puree, roasted cauliflower, and curry mousse Dessert: Black Forest “cherry dessert” Drinks: Choice of red wine, white wine, juice and/or water

  • Vegetarian Option Dinner
